@julian I think Misskey does something else though. And that does come from Litepub, so could do more formalisation perhaps.

@julian @thisismissem Yes it does, to the best of my knowledge.

Pleroma uses EmojiReact, Misskey uses Like with content, both variants are described in the FEP.

@thisismissem fwiw NodeBB does support emoji reactions, just not federating them. There’s a plugin for it.
