Your server mstdn.social has already totally blocked Threads (Meta's platform) so you don't need to worry about that.

To block the bluesky bridge block the account @bsky.brid.gy@bsky.brid.gy (copy paste this entire thing into the search box if you can't click on it, and yes it is meant to repeat twice like that).
