It's too bad that its UI is so horrible, that metadata of archived items is unreliable, and that it's often impossible to get anybody to correct mistakes. When I complained about inaccuracies in some items on their forum, the consensus was not that I should contact somebody to fix it. The suggestion was that I should upload another copy of the materials with the corrections.
