(i.e. not Tor)There have been very rare cases where mastodon.social has incorrectly ended up on ISP blocklists, this is possibly what is going on here?Could you check if the websites of other Mastodon servers appear okay on your normal connection? For example can you see https://ohai.social or https://kind.social ?
