Whoever's in charge of the stream is supposed to have a finger on a button obscuring sensitive information. The mute / black the screen or however you want to do it for two seconds button. If it was one person doing the whole thing I could maybe understand not having organized everything on time (I once changed a password because I had to type it into a stream to make the stream work and it was my piss poor planning), but, it's obviously not, because there's no way in hell that could be so. That poor person, either not thinking of it or hoping someone else had it handled BECAUSE THEY SHOULD! is my first thought.
