Is it possible to change how timestamps are displayed?

My brain doesn't understand time when it's expressed as 5h and suchlike without calculating it. Every time I check a timestamp.

I'm not sure about their timestamp settings but there are also alternative third party web interfaces you might want to try such as https://elk.zone and https://phanpy.social

Makes sense, but I was hoping that there was a setting in the web version. On my mobiles, I use @ivory but I dunno how to fix this on my computer. Maybe the answer is to avoid the computer.

The timestamp format depends on what you're using to view Mastodon, different interfaces and apps will show it in the way the developer has chosen.

Usually if you click on a post you can see the full timestamp below it.
