As someone who has suffered depression and burnout for the last half-century (thanks, ) all I can say is: you are not alone. Don't give up. Those feelings mean that you're a decent person, and the world needs people like you more than ever right now.

My credo, as ever, is simple. When things fall apart, make art. It helps. It really does.

Thanks, really needed to hear this. I'm just picking myself out of a depression/autism-burnout pit- and seeing that I'm not alone really helps

The art thing is true. Instead of my usual hyperfocus on coding/tech projects, I picked up my guitar and piano again for the last few weeks, it's been a good way to take a break from """serious""" work

Hope others feel the same and can pick themselves back up when the time is right 🙂
