The real issue isn’t whether it gets colder or more unstable.
The real issue is that we lose our most important foundation: predictability.

If the Atlantic Meridional Overturning Circulation becomes unstable, climate models lose reliability. And without reliable models, there is no solid basis for agriculture, infrastructure, or long-term planning.

This isn’t about temperature. It’s about the loss of predictability.

Without heat dispersion, Europe, for example, will face arctic temperatures, rendering EVs and air-air heat pumps powered by solar cells much less efficient, if not even ending up in total failure. Freezing water on overhead powerlines will inhibit energy distribution to a certain degree, as observed in Canada during high jet stream amplitudes.

We might really lack the imagination on what we are facing here.
