Maybe 4 weeks old, found beside the big garbage bin on the street. Fortunately he was not in a too bad shape yet and we struggled to introduce him to our Juliet whose 2 kitten are now 6 weeks old - bigger, but not too much. Besides he got some baby milk with a syringe in the mouth - and finally he managed and Juliet did not protest. So this picture is very great.

There used to be one, but they closed, lack of financing. People here prioritize giving money to hungry humans (provided they have any to give) - which I do understand. The place that closed was, AFAIK, the pet project of expats.
