The admin of dealing with chronic conditions is grueling and hits people who are already disadvantaged by their pain, fatigue or other issues. Imagine the many people who don’t have the insight into how LLMs work that you do. It makes me shudder.

May I use your example in a class I am going to teach on digital competencies? The class is focused on well-functioning tools but it is just as important to teach our students critical reflection on all the shortcomings of LLMs.
