16+12+10 minutes @ 5:25/km with 8/6 minutes jog between them.

Tough and a challenge but I managed to keep the pace. Felt like I could not have done another repeat, but I'm also not planning on a too hard pace for the race.

Now focus on easy runs and recovery from training. And sleep, if so can convince myself to go to sleep at night πŸ˜…
