You can't regulate fascism; it's defined, among other things, by following only its own interpretation of the rules - most of what its adherents do, even some of what they say, is already illegal. So? </p><p>A future Democrat government? Did you miss the part where Dems had all the opportunities to oppose fascism *right now* &amp; just... didn't?
