"But tech is complicated!" - so is building a fucking car, but a person can drive one every day for their entire lives & not a single time be required to do anything mechanical or fiddle with the car's systems in any way, shape or form.

Our big mistake is we let digital technology into every aspect of our lives long before it was mature enough & now it's just the way things are & nobody's allowed to expect anything different, let alone better.
