If the WMF is at all interested in restoring trust, or has even taken a first baby step to do so, it's flown under my radar. My attitude, at this point, is to pin them against the wall, and that would not have been my attitude if they hadn't adopted a stereotypically evil playbook for fighting unionization.

Having so many people show their support for us has really been amazing. I always believed that Wikimedians would side with our union, but when it really happened it was more emotionally impactful than I had expected. I don’t know if any other collection of workers will ever have the leverage that y’all are lending us, and I hope we can wield it responsibly to repay your trust.
