I don't know whether President Zelenskyy will ever read this letter (ideas on how to reach him are welcome!), and the Ukrainian translation still needs proofreading.

But the letter raises a broader question: why do democratic leaders continue to depend on communication infrastructure controlled by a billionaire who can use that power against them?
