Hamburger was $4.25 per pound in 2016, and today it is $6.89 per pound.

Average home price was $235,500 in 2016. Today $410, 700.

Average personal income in 2016 was 88,810. Today the average personal income is 63,795.

Lots of mischief afoot. I am not digging this timeline.

And the property taxes are starting to really smart. Those are really the only statistics that really count, you know? Personal experience, personal effect.
