Both were advertised as 1mm but every time I try to get the cord into the clasp it immediately frays and fails to fit.</p><p>Is there a trick or did I buy the wrong size clasp? I have also found things online that have been measured badly, or unhelpfully.</p><p>But worth a try with gluing the cord just to see if it slims down enough to fit. Then insert in the tube and crimp.
