Sure. My oven has no convect mode. The dishwasher and clothes washer are noisy. My fridge has no water or ice dispenser (though it does have an icemaker). But they all do the job they are designed to do very well. And I expect them to hold up decently because there's so little to go wrong, and if something does go wrong it will be cheaper to fix.

By that I mean if you look it up, it's the cheapest or close to the cheapest and most basic model that (insert brand, whirlpool in my current case) makes. Yet my fridge keeps my food cold. My oven heats to the temperature I told it to. My washing machine makes my clothes clean. My dishwasher cleans my dishes fantastically well. And none of them demand anything of me.

Spending more doesn't buy you a higher quality product, it buys you more complexity and more gimmicks that just break or it buys you wifi connectivity that they use to lock basic features behind subscriptions.
