I don't care about copyright. I want this entire system to be dismantled. I've been team "fuck copyright" my entire life. I refuse to support using the tools of the enemy to defeat another.

But they literally did not have to go to bat for OpenAI. They have enough money to defend themselves.

Y'all, the EFF has made no secret they have been on the side of Capitalism since day fucking zero. They are LIBERTARIANS. Libertarians love CAPITALISM. People have been saying for YEARS, people like ME, that they represent the values of liberals, not progressives. Maybe now people will figure it out.

The ACLU is no different either. I expect them to do the same thing.
