So funny how the men who own all these companies won’t let their children near AI and keep them away from mobile devices.

I have suspect that they do so because I don’t want the kids finding out what’s wrong with daddy

And now I'm sad because the title reminded me of Palm and I miss Palm and by extension webOS.

The story goes that someone wanted a more realistic mannequin, and the best they could find was "a little too realistic" in certain ways. Though it did at least seem to be a "legitimate lack of common sense" rather than anything particularly untoward; I seem to recall a quote saying they would have bought one without "those" details had it been an option. (Though the main criticism I can find was the price, they paid ~$3k USD each for them...)

I hope to someone else's god the schools aren't getting these on the secondhand market.
