This provides polygons with coordinates for towns, both large and small. There are several services, but the relevant one is "stednavn". You might be the perfect person to ask this: Do you know where I could get the city boundary data of the major Danish cities? Not the huge municipality boundaries, but really the cities themselves, like on google maps, see images. They don't seem to exist on OSM.
