All the *horrible* things you mentioned are indeed horrible, but happened to a certain number of humans, leaving the rest untouched and eventually ending.

GenAI happened *to humanity*. Pretty much all humans alive today and in the future are going to pay the price of Sam Altman's greed - both intellectually, socially and cilmatically.

So yeah, horrible things happening to humans exist, but ChatGPT happened to *all* humans.
