On my way to today’s parkrun, the legs felt okay, but not spectacular. I figured I’d finish in 23:30-ish. Well, I chopped 25 seconds off of my parkrun PB and am now just 16 seconds away from my all-time 5K PB 🤯🥳

My 5K pacing strategy is btw. “Full gas, and shut up legs!” 😂

And then on my way home, I hadn’t had enough, so I added a 4K detour 🤪

This was supposed to have been an easy week…

That's bloody well done!

Quite a hard progression for the week it sounds like, with long run and high intensity along the way. And more minutes running than usual?

The basic running form seems to be quite good!
