My brain is wired such that it goes into fight or flight when corporate ideology breaks my personal ethics. Which is why I typically get angry and vocal first, and then I quit after my stress level hits the roof — usually right before bonuses are paid out because my timing is the worst.

I just did it in a beneficial context.

Morality and ethics are not weaknesses to be overcome, they're a quality and goal to be celebrated. I think something about the last decade has caused a lot of people to lose sight of that.
