For a very long time there was a row of maybe Georgian or Edwardian houses-office-buildings at the Highgate top of Ladywood Middleway in Birmingham.
They were unused for decades, slowly rotting.
Then Queen Elizabeth the Second died.
As a complete coincidence, that row was almost immediately demolished and or renovated.
Complete coincidence, I'm sure. Nothing to do with property portfolios.

There are 290,000 people without housing. We have enough housing, we need new economics for housing.
