The last time I did it, it felt like a good reset, to remember how it feels to be me without the distraction machine

Anyone else have routines like this that work well? I've also thought about phone-free time 8pm-8am, and my bed is a phone-free zone, but its quite hard to implement if I have the phone somewhat nearby...

The only phone-free time I've planned currently is the yearly analog day every 4th of October 🙂

Staying phone-free around full moon has a nice sound to it - I think I'll try it next full moon 🙂

my current strategy is to put the phone charger outside my room, but i ended up just moving it back at some point 😅
