Yes, interactions with PeerTube accounts from Mastodon will show up on PeerTube!

Replies to videos will show up and favourites/likes will be added to the video's thumbs up total. Follows from Mastodon are also counted on the PeerTube follower numbers.

The only thing that doesn't show up is mentions that aren't replying to your videos.
