At the start line of the local parkrun: “LEEROY JENKINS!”.

Apparently it worked, because I shaved a handful of seconds off my parkrun PB 🥳

Afterwards I ran into town to get some coffee beans and a cheeky croissant. When I was home again, my watch said 9.98k, so of course I had to run a lap around the car park to get the distance over 10k 🤪

All in all it was 16.86 nice km today.

To me it's no surprise, you've been explicit in saying the "LEROY JENKINS" way of running is your way of running.

Pretty neat with the speed and your new PB.

That 4x1 km @ 4:26/km doesn't really sound that impossible does it?
