Peat control guy arrived on time and did the inside of the house so could head off for a coffee while he did the outside. Have a GP visit up next - just checking on something minor. Preventative maintenance hopefully.

GP confirmed that my little kayak injury (raw spot on thumb) is a bit infected so he's given me an antibiotic cream to help sort it out.

Good news is that while kayaking and boogie boarding are out due to the location of the injury for now, good to swim in the sea any time. GP endorses grandma's wisdom that the ocean helps healing. Also said UV helps too.

So will fit a swim in tomorrow. Maybe after gym class (had to switch to Fri class because of the pest control stuff this morning).

Today i came out to the mall to do a bit of Christmas shopping. Browsing really. Have no idea for a couple of people.

Immediately sidetracked by affogato obsession. And they gave me a little piece of dark choc with it. #coffee #Cafe #affogato
