I'm pretty sure FMIC has deliberately chosen the business case of not giving a shit if they alienate every single current guitar player, in return for a monopoly on the market for future beginner guitarists in Europe & Asia.

They also don't care if the guitars & accessories they sell to those millions of future customers are complete shit, as long as they have nowhere else to go.

They're running the pro-greed, anti-customer playbook by the numbers.
