It was built by esa (European Space Agency). The construction took place in Bremen, but of course, it is an European achievement! (Greetings from Darmstadt, home of the ESA Control Center.)

Oh, you are right to have assumed that. The way they are praising their own and the Dear Leader, while neglecting crediting others, or maybe doing it in some small print lost somewhere, is characteristic of this administration. But interestingly, not so much of this Artemis mission. They seem to me like good ol' NASA.
