But gadgets can be so cool.

It's like gambling. If you have ever found a single gadget that made your life better you will chase gadgets for the rest of your life hoping for that magical high... that feeling of technology really making things better and making drudgery vanish again.

A few thousand people will buy this and hope that it will do that. Some of them will try to pretend that it worked to avoid recognizing they money they wasted.

Many people don't know how to brush their teeth properly, there are countless way that people mess up. Rather than having a brush that papers over the issues people have with good oral hygiene, we should be focusing on helping people learn to brush their teeth correctly. And that's just for the people who are motivated to brush their teeth

For the people for whom it's difficult to brush regularly it's even more difficult. This doesn't solve that issue in the slightest
