Even if it wasn't also a fascist, thieving eco-destroying project, try asking people attempting to recruit a new employee how helpful it is to get 3 times as many applications but most of them are written by a bot & you have no idea if the applicant has even read it, much less is able to back it up in any way.

I talked to such a person this week & they fucking hate it.
