I had toyed around a little with WLMaker and WindowMaker lately, and while I have set it aside for now, I have been thinking...

Are there any other Desktop Environments out there that are "unique" in some way, or could even be described as "novelty DEs", that y'all could recommend?

Ideally ones with HiDPI support, as 2440x1920 on 13 inches tends to make stuff look really small without a bit of scaling.

eaglemode. it's a zui, (infinitely) zoomable user interface. used it years ago, so hope it still works.
