We waste billions on the military each year (more than the next 10 nations combined) and it's destroying our competitive advantage. Congress won't say No for two reasons: "Jobs" & being accused of being "weak on Defense".

If we ordered the Defense Industry to build Solar Panels, Wind Turbines, etc instead of bombs, they'd make just as much money & not lose any jobs.

Claims of being "weak on Defense" probably wouldn't hurt any either after this disaster of a presidency.
