This day in 1933 the German Reichtag had already passed the Enabling Act which gave Hitler personally the right to pass any law unhindered even by the constitution. It was already game over for any possible german opposition.

I feel the time has come for us to start seriously talking about a prolonged general strike to prevent the unthinkable. Of course voting is necessary, but we don't have the time to wait til November (and risk the fascist-in-chief of sabotaging/denying the results anyway)

Get the truckers to stop trucking and block the roads. Get every consumer to stop shopping. Make it so every business is crippled until ICE is abolished, the MAGA regime is impeached, and all wars and invasions stopped.

Now if you think that's a tall order for people, you're absolutely right. Its asking people to completely uproot their lives and it very hard for humans to do that unless its at the dire most need. That's why we're not just toppling what everyone knows is a monstrous government, but that doesn't change the fact that it needs to be done.
