<![CDATA[I am fucking tired of AI.]]>I am fucking tired of AI. I am fucking tired of my in-laws trying to show me the things their son, "made," with AI. I am fucking tired of explaining why I won't take an AI centric job for any amount of money. I am fucking tired of people telling me how AI has helped them, "learn," new concepts. I am fucking tired of hearing people say, "I use it to make pictures with my grandchildren!"

I am so fucking tired of the blatant theft of every bit of intellectual property on the planet, whether it was bolted down or not. I am fucking tired of the wholesale distillation of human thought and achievement into a sludge of on-demand dopamine boosting energy drink.

I am so fucking tired of the datacenters. I am so fucking tired of hearing how it is going to solve global warming, while it continues to contribute to global fucking warming. I am fucking tired of the endless cycle of hype being the only profit center with regard to AI. I am fucking tired of watching farmland turn to concrete blocks that generate pollution and stupid.

I am so fucking tired of people telling me it is a useful tool. I am so tired of being reminded to check AI's work, because it often makes mistakes. I am fucking tired of hearing that AI is going to democratize things such as art, music, and software development. I am fucking tired of watching people I thought were intelligent succumb to the idiocy of AI tools.

I am so fucking tired of playing the, "Is it AI slop or not?" game every time I see, hear, or read something. I am fucking tired of random phone calls with AI agents on the other end. I am so fucking tired of being told it has beneficial uses. I am fucking tired of being told that these tools are here to stay. I am fucking tired of being told that I will be left behind.

And if you use AI tools, I am so completely and utterly fucking tired of you.

I have to use AI in my major after leaving a major I actually enjoyed because it wasn't lucrative (art) and I just hate it. I love technology like everyone else, but the way people use AI in conversations and forcing everything and isolating us from other people just makes me angry. I can't stand it and I can't stand how many jobs are gone for a tool that can't print out anything consistent and frequently requires clean up. This stupid major's preparing me to be a jannie, but screw me if I want to sell my art. It gets no views and if it costs anything over $10, I basically might as well give up and never post again--btw, my art is my pfp--it is made in watercolor.

Ik I sound emotional, but sometimes it feels like there's not much to live for and dying is worthless too. It's like I'm in stasis and I can't get out. Everyone tells me I matter, but can't prove it or shows it. Everyone says I need AI but can't prove it. I use chatbots, it exhausts me because it takes forever and it's not good at its job. I learn all this and so many companies reject me because I'm expensive but also worth nothing. I hate it. I swear I'm in constant hell and I can't even learn adequately anymore because everyone, except for the people on here, tell me to go online, which is 70% AI or use a chatbot. What's even the point of anything? I've felt this rage in my own posts and it pissed me so bad that I couldn't keep up censoring and put autodelete on posts.

And recently the PISA results (international student assessment) shows students scoring lower on so many level the world over and what do we do? We make it even worse.

Both projects take up one square mile of prime farm land. I was completely stunned by the size and scale when I drove by them on the Interstate for the first time. When it takes nearly a minute to go past them at 70 MPH, something is definitely wrong. I think a lot of people just can't comprehend the scale of these massive projects.
