As Ethan says, it might be worth trying the website version to see if that works?

I subscribed to a data plan for a new telecom here and had to change something in the settings, and I think after that I started getting this trouble, but will experiment on it tomorrow and see if it indeed was the problem.

I recomend you try using the browser directly. Its smooth for me.

I think @FediTips can explain this and also suggest a better solution

I'm sure you can do the same on android. Highly recommended.

My spouse uses Ivory, I think, if you are committed to the "try new apps until one of them works as advertised" path.
