He's generally grown to be a picky eater with age, and I sometimes have to trick him into eating his leafy greens, but he will almost always take dandelions.

The greens are diuretic. That's why they're called 'pissenlit' in French and 'Bettsächer' in some areas of Germany (both meaning piss-in-bed).

They're quite tasty, by the way. My grandparents used to harvest them on their meadows (I'm just not sure when they did so… I guess before the bloom)
