What happens if I reactivate an old account on an instance I migrated away from? Not to move back, just to have an alt account.

I don't want to migrate my current followers to the reactivated account. I don't want to reactivate it if it would somehow mess up my current account. I'd just like to have accounts on both instances.

UPDATE: I did it! Reactivating just unlinked the accounts so the username is live again. Easy as pie. Thanks to all who shared.

Other than that, nothing else will go back to the old account so you could just let it sit there. @kmherkes

I do still use it occasionally and it doesn't seem to affect this account.
