No, seriously. From +99% of all apps ever put into the app store never being used to to the productivity paradox & corps & govs desperately pushing "digitalisation" 4 decades after it would have proved its value if it actually had any, the safe bet on digital technology is that it won't work.

We just REALLY wish it would, the same way some people wish magic was real.
