That's not even the worst part.

They call the ICC illegitimate because they go after non-members.

I'm not a member of the Danish police force. Does that make them an illegitimate police force if they pull me over for speeding?

If you allow criminals to simply say "I'm not a member" and walk away freely, you don't have a justice system. You have an honors system.
