It’s not a home amp, it’s not even an amp for a venue with capacity less than 2k. I got it when I was young and stupid and in a band and had aspirations of playing big venues. *spoilers* we didn’t.

I read the words Twin Reverb and my ears started involuntarily ringing. I actually left a show one time because the guitarist had his Twin cranked and I couldn't take it WITH earplugs. πŸ˜΅β€πŸ’«

8w is about my sweet spot for a home amp. My Princeton Reverb gets louder than I'd prefer. Speaker choice can make a lot of difference though.

I could hear my 4W practice amp at the end of the street, so I'm kinda scared how loud 85W will be.
