Oracle has debt/equity ratio close to 4 which is insane for a company like that. And all those debts are largely guaranteed by Oracle's share price. Their bonds are just one level above junk-level. If their share price drops more those loans are not covered by the collateral anymore and creditors will start feeling shaky about them. Also they destroyed their cash flow so they can't even buy back shares to prop the price. The only way for them is down.
