Satnav coverage is jammed in many areas inside Russia as well, some of this started well before the war.

To be clear - I am not saying it makes this okay. None of all of this is okay.

It seems like we're at a fork in the road...Will we accept constant attacks on EU territory? Or will we retaliate? What will it take for us to respond and what is that response going to look like?

The GPS jamming is done by satellites in the Russian Edinaya Kosmicheskaya Sistema (EKS). There are other ground-based systems jamming GPS in Europe from Kaliningrad as well.
