I say the federal government puts 100 dollars per citizen, each employer puts 100 dollars per employee and each citizen puts 100 dollars into a healthcare trust fund, which buys healthcare directly on behalf of each citizen paying directly and indirectly into the system, and because this would make the US government the largest buyer of bulk healthcare to date, they can negotiate dirt cheap prices, and corporations that don't play along will lose lots of money when sales are not gauranteed.
