There were rumors about nuclear capabilities, but I have not seen anything that would substantiate that, and it quickly faded as a possible reason for the attack.</p><p>So, why, then? </p><p>Well, who benefits from this?</p><p>Donald Trump? Well, yes, to some extent, because there is not much talk about the Epstein files now, but to be honest, that is almost certainly just a short reprieve -we will get back to them, once things cool down.</p><p>Russian economy? Very much so, yes, because their oil suddenly became a lot more valuable, and Russia is in dire needs of some war funding. </p><p>Russian war efforts in Ukraine? Yes and no.
