Stop photographing paperwork like it's a crime scene. Your phone has a real scanner built in. On iPhone, open Notes, start a note, tap the paperclip > Scan Documents. On Android, open the Google Drive app and tap + > Scan. It straightens the page, kills the shadows and saves a clean PDF. Invoices and insurance letters, bank docs, Court verdicts, (Oh that ones just me!) After today put them on file.

Or any Google apps. I'll stick to taking photos, instant upload to Nextcloud and edit in Gimp on pc if necessary. If I'm at home I'll use an actual scanner.
