Can you with confidence say that what looks like a left leg crossed over is not actually the hem of his coat folded on his lap and drawn over his left leg?

Difficult to say from just one angle, and not saying this couldn't be AI generated or enhanced, but those legs aren't quite the giveaways people seem to think.

And if it's AI generated, it's become much better since the last time I looked - if you look at the guy in sunglasses, you can see him making a sort of subtle smile around 6s point, and AI is generally not good at microexpressions, or people fidgeting like the couple at around 25s mark.
