I've updated the front page of the Fedi.Garden website so that it now helps people who get overwhelmed by choice when choosing a Fedi server to sign up on:

The featured server will be rotated regularly to avoid centralisation. It will be from a pool of good general servers.

I don't particularly like featuring specific servers, but if a rotating specific server suggestion makes it easier for new people to sign up then this seems worth trying.
